This is the series that started it all for Immature Studio webcomics. Inspired heavily by the daily comic strips its creator grew up with. Especially the MAD comic books and, more particularly, Sergio Aragonés’s “A Mad Look At”. The project was designed as a sandbox for learning the art of “webcomicking.”
Rather than committing to a continuous plot or recurring cast, the series unfolds as a set of random, standalone “daily” comics that, in practice, appeared only occasionally. Some topics reflected what was especially relevant to the creator at the time, while others were ideas that had consistently followed them over the years.
In hindsight, many of these comics were rushed and not treated with the care they deserved, both narratively and visually. Even so, they remain the foundation on which the studio’s later work was built.
